well 2day the car left for the body shop... the car had some serious chassis rust at the front.. and a few holes there and there.. the body shop is charging me $30,000 JDM with is about..$500 us to patch up everything on the car.. it's too bad i can't import another 1st gen in the island as the year is too old so i'm stuck with this 1.. so i'll have to spend the money... i gonna take pictures along the way.. to keep you all updated

 

They dont allow someone to import an old car? Good luck with your resto.

 

well they don't allow car older than 4 years.. because in the 90s everyone was importing cars from japan.. so now we have a serious traffic problem... i think the classic car club out here it trying to work out something with the customs people but i can;t wait 4 that
