Yeah I searched. No I'm not a post *****, hence the low post count. Just curious. Sure, the wing isn't designed for the 1st gen, but I thought it might look cool (and have an inkling of functional value perhaps) and I was feeling saucy enough to start a potentially 100% superficial thread...

I have a funny feeling the subtle curve of the Mazdaspeed wing might look ok on the *** of our cars, and maybe isn't tall enough to look like a riced-out touring-style abomination of a wing...

 

I've never been one for wings. After hearing what people pay for wings on Rx8s, I'd rather just sink those few hundred dollars into something more useful... Say a new RB exhaust, or a new rad...

But the only way to know is to try it. If anybody has a friend who'se got a wing they're about to put on their Rx8, hold it up to your car, take a pic, and we'll know...

Or someone can try to photochop, but that one would be tough.

Personally, I think some of the smaller body-hugging wings would be *okay*... but would not really fit the look of the car.
