I HAVE AN 84 SE 13B AND IT STARTS BUT VERY ROUGH IDLE MOTOR SHAKES AND WHEN U DRIVE IT ITS LIKE IT WONT PICK UP SPEED AND A FUNNY NOIES WITH IT. I THINK IT MY BE APEX SEAL STUCK OR SOMETHING I REALLY DONT KNOW CAN ANY ONE HELP

 

Sounds like you will need to have the compression checked.....

It does sould like a case of a missing apex seal.

 

well check your ignition first, i felt like a doofuss when i thought i had a blown seal but just had the plug wires on wrong. yes its possible to have a blown apex seal, but see if the problem isnt something else first. if nothing else you could always try the mmo treatment.
