got an 85 gsl-se that i'm working on doing emissions with(go caught with out new tags). just checked and found car running way rich. new air filter, no vacuum leaks, 500miles on oil, good fuel. i do have cats on this car any one have good ideas on how to lean it out.

 

hmm.. think someone posted about putting alcohol..search...and you drove without new license tabs on your car?..well only 2 more..years and no smog check...

 

You can adjust the air fuel mixture at idle on the afm tube going to the throttle body. If the narrowband is not hooked up it will run rich at cruise. Otherwise it could be leaky injectors that need proper cleaning.
