Rotors roasting on an open fire

my rotors have water in em where the oils sposed to flow, and i'm bout to be building my motor, so i popped em in the oven with the roast, its at 250 lol, they are almost dried out... i don't figure 250 will bother them, they are subjected to much higher temps than that inside the motor... and i don't want a chance of water in the oil system, water is bad mkay

tasted fine, but it was dry, like eating twigs or something... horribly chewy and dry my gf's mom was making it, not me, if i made it it probly would have been easier to swallow

The trick is to put the rotors on the rack ABOVE the roast to thier savory juices drip down onto it. BAM!

Don't forget to spinkle a little Essence and gaaaalic on the rotors before digging in.

250ºF probably won't hurt the rotors at all since they're cast iron. I might worry a little about the bearings though. Just make sure they're in spec.

You know the current super hot sauce trend that's happening right now? Somebody ought to take some Habanero and a couple other ingredients and make a sauce called Rotary Power.

I'd buy it if it were actually boiled/cooked using the heat from a rotary exhaust manifold.
