can an 85 gsl-re main relay be replaced by with one from a 2nd 13b? my friend has an 85 gsl-se with a bad main relay and needs to swap it out. he is looking at the junkyard for a cheap fix. is there anyone out there that knows?

 

Yes, grab the 2nd gen including fuses/mounting bracket. The bracket will require a little trimming to fit a FB/SA. That will give you extra terminals where you can hook-up accessories such as radio, alarm, electric fan to name a few.
