Like I said before. It will be tuff to get off for a weekend, then 3 weeks later another for Rotofest. Maybe Rotofest could be the first camping trip, then another in September or so. We deffinently need to have a meet before Rotofest though. Have we made reservations for the weekend of Rotofest? Don't want to be left out.

I should be able to make it. This'll be FUN! (especially the drive)

Okay if I come in my 323 if the RX isn't looking like it will make it?

like the second week in july or something, the official thread is over in the NE forum. Also, I kinda agree with john, thats a little close, less than a month apart.... What about Jenny Jump Hector? they might have dates open, or like John said make the second trip later in august or september. Just an idea, like I said on IM the other day, whatever date you end up picking I'll try to fit into my schedule, so its all good.

The only problem with August/September camping is that the odds are stacked for miserably hot and muggy conditions. Early to mid June is the best chance for a nice, fair weather outing.

I LOVE driving, bruthas! Besides, I've never been out that way in a car

EDIT: BTW, you never answered my question about the other Mazda. I'll PROBABLY take Rexie, but that depends on how she's acting the week before.

Okay...reservations set for the dates previously mentioned. We will be in Camp Site A which is the bigger of all the group sites and closer to the showers and restrooms than last year...

Any questions please post here...

Max7...looking forward to seeing your car!!!

Ok, I may have another person and car coming along. One of my friends drove my car the other day and now is purchasing a 7 that is for sale down the street from us.

"Any questions please post here. . ."

Do y'alls have emissions laws that would screw me over when I go up there? Because. . . well, there's not even an exhaust (post mani) on my car anymore (unless I can get my RB back from my Uncle's 12A Corolla)

Is Alasky one of them places with year round snow? If so, I'd rather not expose my Seven to that horrible stuff

Well...looks like because of my sister's wedding I won't be planning the rotorfest camp trip...as show here

https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/rotofest-05-camping-429183/

BUT, if you guys are still interested in the June camp trip let me know ASAP!!!!!

Here are the details:

Dates: June 17th - 19th
Location: Stokes State Forest
Cost: Depends on amount attending. The site is $50/night total $100 which can be split amongst those attending.

Again, I'm no longer planning the camp trip for rotorfest, that will be taken up by John64, I'll be doing the June 17th - 19th but I have to know who is attending by June 10th

John, I do plan on coming that Friday...then to rotorfest on that Sunday...I just can't miss my sisters wedding and who ever is reserving the site must be present at the site
THANX though for taking it over...it is ALOT of fun!!!!
