Rotor question

I am trying to figure out what i am going to do about the rear brakes since i converted the front to 5 lug from a turbo II. I think i have to go with wheel adapters for the back just for a temporary fix so i can move the car. My question is I have a 84 rear end with disc brakes. will 86-89 5 lug rotors work for the back when i put the wheel adapters on???? or will the rotor be to big for the caliper?? Thanks,

Brad

Adapters bolt to the exisiting lugs to change the pattern. The only other option is to pull the axles and find a shop the will weld up the holes and redrill for a 5 lug. Whether or not the later rotors will fit with the calipers and brackets, I have no idea. You can have the stock rotors welded and redrilled to match. The current brakes may suffice unless you plan on tracking the car, i.e., road racing.
