Rotaryshack, are they good to deal with?

Thinking of either sending a carb to get prepped, or buying one from them. I think I read somewhere that they are slow with shipping like cpracing. Am I right to think this?

Service, quality of work? I figured I would ask here, since most of you guys deal with this sort of stuff all the time, and I like my parts fast and of the best quality. being that i'm new to all this i'd prefer to to follow you guys experience.

Thanks all!
