Ok Robert maybee you will remeber me, Im the guy in Colorado that wanted a carb that would work on my 12a halfbridge. Dont say that it wasnt you because you were "so amazed" with the elevation here!. Also you and Jeff overcharged me by a $100, not to mention the month and a half that I waited for it to get here. I probally spent over $20 in phone calls to you also, most of the time you didnt answer. Like Felix said, can I have my emulsion tubes and air cleaners too!. Dont worry about the wrong throttle linkage I used the one off my 45dcoe that I bought from a real rotary shop MAZDATRIX!. One more question was it you or Jeff that machined this carb body, the f-ing venturies fit like s--t!.

STERLING! Let me clarify for you. It is TRUE that I am Robert's friend, but I have formed this friendship due to my business association with him and his shop. The day that I came online at his shop to respond to all the bickering, it was simply that...I WAS AT HIS SHOP.....I felt compelled to respond at that moment. So I did! The mere fact that I was at his shop when I replied says NOTHING!!! The FACT remains that I AM VERY pleased with his work, as I'm sure most of Robert's customers are....like you said happy customer's dont say they are happy.....well I AM.....

Damn, I suppose I could chime in here.

I bought an engine from Jeff.... It wasn't the most pleasureable experience, but I was between a rock and a hard place.

Robert offered to install it for me, basically for free and also installed my clutch. It took a while for the car to be completed, but it was probably due to the pro bono nature of the deal.

I was basically pleased with the result and he (Robert) even helped me with a coolant issue at SevenStock 3. I only wish that Robert actually answered his phone or hired a really cute girl to take care of that for him.

Robert.... I'll be needing some help with my 12A.

Mazzy, if you want to attack Robert, which is what this is, then why don't you be fair and ask people to complain about dealings with Rotary Shack, and not Mazdaracing? You don't want to seperate the two because you just want to make somebody look bad.
I know several people that have small businesses where they took on a partner and things went sour. It is not something you can predict and its hard to get out of once you realize what's going on. I don't know what fantasy world you live in, but it can happen to the best of us. Honest as any of us may be, a bad partner can destroy a small business very fast. Now this guy is trying to repair his rep and you are just riding him down and its not right.
Robert is an asset to the rotary community.
I am sure you are all aware of the PFS thing that went down recently. Since John Duff worked there is he responsible for all the crap that happened at PFS?
Just out of curiosity, Mazzy, how old are you and what kind of work do you do?

Just to clarify. I also consider Robert a friend of mine... but this came through dealing with him as a customer first. How many of you guys consider your engine builder your friend???
And I am on my own computer... at home, just in case you were wondering. If you like, "Inspector Mazzy", I can log onto your website and you can check my IP address...
