Rotary Performance in Garland, Texas

Anybody have any experience with this shop? My 12A appears to be seized, but who knows? Hoped it was carbon locked, and followed the steps to address that, but the engine won't turn. Right now just hoping to find a shop somewhere in Texas that might be able to help out. Thanks.

I think that is the shop that runs RX7.COM Performance and Repair Parts for RX-7 and RX-8

no experience with their work, but I did buy their resonated test pipe and had a good chat with the owner on the phone!

Call and ask for Chris. Whoever you get once you tell them it's about a first gen they'll probably direct you to Chris. They're stand up guys but stay very busy so it can be hard to get on their schedule.

Okay, thanks. Don't mind waiting a bit for a reputable shop. Appreciate the answers.

Have bought some parts from them. Had great experience with them and they seemed to have a lot of knowledge when I talked to them on the phone.

As it turns out, I just got off the phone with them an hour ago. Really nice and helpful, but he didn't know when they could get to it, and he would have to check if they even had parts available in the event it needed a bunch of stuff replaced—all of which is understandable. So going with plan B, which is to see if I can get an engine from Atkins and have a very talented mechanic friend of mine put it in. My friend has done a lot of work on this car in the past five years and I'm sure he can handle this.

I've been a customer of theirs for many years and have always been happy with their work.
