Dood, nobody's going to go and create a thread that has EVERYTHING you need in it. Do a search and read through the multiple threads like the rest of us. I'm sure as hell not going to go through all those threads (created by noobs that didn't want to search, btw) to make a nice list for you. You can feel free to do it for the next noob to come along. Otherwise, you have a whole lot of threads to read through. Sounds crappy, no? Take a wild guess as to why there are so many threads out there on the same subject.
