I've had the bottom half of my car plastidipped for 2 years now. I think I put on 6 layers of flat black, but it is starting to fade. The spray paint effect is starting to show. But for another $15 I can re-apply some more layers and look fresh.

 

Well I have ten coats on now it looks good just bad in the spots were my prep was ruined from air craft stripped will prob dip my car next week cause of the dum stripper

 

Post up some pics man... I'd love to see how it's turning out.

By chance does anyone know how thick plasti dip is ?

 

its as thick as you make it. just depends on how many coats you apply.

 

Its like a latex paint kind of.
