Free flow exhaust, rats nest removal(free), air pump removal(free), 2nd Gen Direct Fire ignition(cheap, next to nothing). Those are some things you can do to really get things going. The only thing that costs a decent amount of money would be the exhaust unless you custom fabricated one yourself. Welcome to the Darkside

Get Racing Beat streetport exhaust ($800 but DEFINATELY worth it)
Electric Fan
Rats Nest Removal
Racing Beat aluminum main underdrive pulley
Megasquirt (use it to run 4 injectors in an S5 NA intake manifold and to run complete FC ignition)
K&N cone air filter with an insulated heat shield blocking engine bay heat from the filter and be sure to allow access to plenty of cold, fresh air
TUNING!!!! (use that Megasquirt to take full advantage of the intake and exhaust that you spent all of the money on)
Light flywheel (helps acceleration alot)

You can expect to make around 140-150rwhp if everything is setup well and your engine is healthy. Torque will be very respectable too.
