Richer solonoid and air vent solonoid backwards?

Richer solonoid and air vent solonoid backwards?
Is it possible?
The solonoid on the passenger side of the car has 2 wires connected to that big valve thingy on the intake manifold.
the one on the driver side has 1 wire, thats spliced into the oridonal wiring harness (car was a 13b and is now a 12a)
