reverse gauges installation

Has anyone put these gauges in and how difficult job is it? I noticed that they don't come with instructions.

i want to know too...they semm to be pretty nice...about the same as the 86/up guage overlays.....you don't have to take the needles off right? what all is involved?

If someone would just find some spare clusters and have the shipping money ready the whole rx7 club (each year cluster makes new gauge faces avaliable).
