Have you guys heard that radio commercial for the Quadrant Homes or whatever it is?

"Look at the size of this living room"

I love that commercial, lol.

What the hell does lol mean? I haven't completely learned text messaging language yet, so sometimes it sounds as though some of you are speaking in tongues...

ok... while all o f the above may or may not work, Forever Black is teh stuff you want. It's not going to dry out the strips like tire dressing will, its more like a shoe polish type stuff made for the black rubber parts on a car.

Forever Black. I used it on mine.. Works great still looks just as good about 6 months later...

I think what he was going to say was use Petroleum jelly.

yeah, all you pervs out there are laughing, but it acutally works better than anything else out there. put some on, let it sit for a bit, and wipe it off. (wipe it all off, or you'll get dust and stuff stuck to it.)

Nope, Black Chrome is a product you can buy it your local Walmarts car care section, it is in a black bottle kind of looks like dry gas bottle. It is made for black molding.

this is a huge subject in the VW world since shitty rubber was used for the moldings and they fade fast. so eeryone says use Forever Black or shoe die not polish but die...

Remove them and put on thinner moulding. While on topic, shoot some bullets at me. I am going to convert all the black on my car to silver or chrome. The mirrors would become Raydots, etc. I think the cars are too dark with all the black. I would be a more "old classic" look. fire away!
