Replacing Oil Injection lines

I accidently broke one of my oil injection lines while replacing the alt belt, and was wondering where the best place to get new ones from would be, and an aproximate cost. The lines are pretty brittle after 22 years, and id like to replace them with something more durable if it exists. Thanks.

The OEM tubes are $18 each, and one of each size and shape are required, from mazdatrix. The OEMs riigidity has a plus (they'll tend to stay in place and not get in the way), and a minus (they break easily).
