Replacing front end pitman arm

The bearing in the pitman arm on my 1980 SA went bad and I’m wondering if instead of replacing just the needed parts if I should do a full redo of the front end. Wandering if anyone has done anything of the sort?

Replacing the tie rods and replacing the idler arm bushing is highly recommended. What would make you think otherwise?

Wandering if I should put a sway bar in with all new parts or if anything would fit. I know the miata was designed based off the fb rx-7 but I doubt that would Work
