im wondering how one would work out with a 50mm weber, or big holley, a 12a front cover and a dizzy

make the PCM prob go away for a FB swap

BTW im wondering just in case i find a wrecked 8

it wouldnt be worth it. All you'd really be gaining is the high compression rotors. The RX-8 intake is a ******* work of art, just absolutely perfect. All the bends are very gradual, 6 fuel injectors... A weber isnt going to come close to it.

PCM is the problem though, the motor would fly with a haltech. Theres allready a guy selling RX8 PCMs with retuned fuel maps, and they make MORE than 250 HP.

Basically mazda squeezed just about every bit of HP they could out of this motor. Headers dont even help the rensis due to its excellently designed exhaust manifold.

ok
im still keeping it in mind tho
there are alot of stupid people in mississippi, and some of them own junkyards (cheap)
