Before you jump on me! Yes I looked at the FAQ page and the links for removing the RN were dead. And here I am....
No heat, mikuni carb, ported intake mani.... So no real need for it, just gets in the way I believe.

 

Just take it off. Sounds like you're most of the way there.

 

Nothing I have to watch for or block off?

 

Your mikuni manifold should already take care of everything you'd need to block off, if I recall correctly. You can lose the air pump if you haven't already, and the wiring harness for the nest can be removed easily. It unplugs just behind the right side strut tower.
