Does it have to be reman? There are usually a bunch of TII's on ebay. The prices usually don't look too bad either.

In the northeast NECO engines, http://necoengine.com/, is a pretty good company. I have spoke with this company in the past, most recently last summer. You can go to their site and request a quote(use TII model years, for a TII engine). Their quotes are usually high, but keep in mind that the price includes engine removal and installation (plus other things). So you could probably get a TII engine for much less than their average quote by just getting it shipped to you and that may or may not change the 5 year warranty. Though according to the site it seems as though you could get the full deal anywhere in the US if you wanted spend extra.
