Red Koni Sports,

Well, this is strange. I just received some Koni sport inserts, but they are red instead of yellow. They are labeled with the correct sport part number, but are very, very red. They are adjustable, and I don't think Koni has an adjustable red shock for the MR2, so I'm not sure what's up. I'm waiting to hear back from Koni and the supplier I got them from (RCA Garage). Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this before. I have three other vehicles with Koni sports, and all are yellow.

Thanks. That's reassuring. Those are exactly what mine look like. I wonder just how many were painted red.

I believe the yellows are adjustable while still in the vehicle using the white ****. The reds are adjustable too, but have to be out of the vehicle to change the setting.

correct, but the color name doesn't refer to the physical color, plenty of yellows that are black.

Ahh RCA Garage. That is where I tried to order these same Koni struts, but I ended up with a couple from the batch of wrong-sized struts. Return/warranty process worked ok, but I would not order replacements from them after I found out their warehouse is completely automated. I just wanted someone to go down there with a measuring tape and verify the correct struts. Nope.

Inserts are never seen, so the color is not as big an issue.
