Did you squirt a little oil down the carb? If the engine has been flooding, it will not make as good compression. The extra gas will wash away the oil film on the seals/housings.

i put a couple of ounces in each leading plug hole and turned it over before trying the compression test. I'm going to try and do the H20 treatment, and then ATF it to see if that helps at all.

I recently worked on a flooded 13b that would only put out about 60 cold. Deflood, use oil, take it for a good run and retest.

i'm going to empty the combustion chambers and bump start her, and see about doing the H2O treatment.
