Reasonably priced seats...

i'd really like to locate some reasonable priced 3rd gen seats but I ran across these and thought I would share... the quality looks okay haven't yet questioned the seller on size but here you go.

Well, they're cheap knock-offs covered in fake leather. I was thinking of getting something similar, but in cloth. I think it's a gamble: Could be great, could really, really suck. Try contacting some of the previous winners and see how they like them.

Real PVC leather. So where do they raise plastic cows, California? I would have a hard time being comfortable with the seat covering.

When ebay seats say RX7 in the title does that mean they actually fit an RX7?

Or must you "fab them in"

Just remember that you can ship a front clip for $150 buks. Thats the only reason I will not purchase seats on ebay. They charge way to much for shipping. It should only cost about 50 to 75 buks to ship a pair of seats.

summit racing has an in house brand seat that looks damn good in a 1st gen, and they are cheap, though not real leather, are still soft and comfortable

Don't really want leather just a nice seat upgrade... if I could find FD or RX-8 seats that would be awsome. Not even sure what a new pair of seats would go for.

Yeah, no kidding. I got my complete GSL rear-end shipped from Florida (~100 pounds) for $89. The shipping on those seats is ******* robbery. That's why I'll probably just go to the junkyard and get Miata seats.
