rear wiper won't work

Alright like it says the rear wiper won't work. I got the washer to work too by the way. I've what I think got it all hooked up right, is there anything that would make the wiper to not work? And how many peoples rear wiper doesn't work?

There are two plugs above the passenger side triangle window. Make sure these are connected. Mine would often pope out. Next check that all the wires are in good condition and not cut (the wires leading from the two plugs to the wiper itself). If everything it hooked up properly make sure that you are getting electricity to the motor use an ohmmeter. If you are and all the wires are connected and nothing is binding then the motor might be bad. If you have no voltage check the switch and maybe the fuses (I can't remember of the top of my head if there is a fuse that affects the rear wiper.)

yes there is a fuse, and I use a sidemarker light as my power tester It's a universal sidemarker light I have with two wires that have been stripped on the ends. Anyways. I haven't tried to see if I have power yet. Hey what two wires do I have to check, last time I looked the connector on the wiper motor has three going to it.

mine doesn't work, on top of that, when it's plugged in, the regular wipers come on by themselves!!

mine didnt work. i tryed fixing it but had no luck, i figured it was the motor it self. so i went to a junk yard.. wile there i spoted a set of nice metal louvers. so i said TO HELL with the rear wiper i got louvers.

took out the motor and ive had no need since.

Also check the hatch 'riser' struts contacts. you can always run 2 wires, bypassing all and connect the wiper motor to see if it's toast.

The two wires I am talking about are located right above the passenger side triangle. If you follow the wires running down the shocl they will connect with two plugs into the molding above the window. Check these.
