Picked up an nice 83, and my rear wiper would not turn on. Turns out the switch was just a second cruise control switch that doesn't proper plug into the harness.

Short of removing the rear wiper is there any place to find this switch? I couldn't find any new old stock replacements and junkyards seem picked clean. Anyone have a work around?

 

Post a want to buy ad in the classifieds section here on the forum. I'm certain someone has one laying around.

 

Best bet will be a part out

I have one of them that's been sitting outside on a dash that I could potentially test as well (with the rear wiper button on it), no promises that it'll work though.

 

I can revive a broken switch, just can't invent one.
