Exclamation Rear Sway Bar Removal Help!

I was reading the "how to make a stock 7 faster" thread and i came across a post that said to remove the rear sway bar for better handling. First off, i need to know wtf it is and how to remove it. Secondly, is it worth the removal? What are the pros and cons (if any)?

You should really search this section of the site... You'll get heaps of info.

Anyway... It's really easy to take off and put back on (which you'll find out when you search ), so you can easily do it, to see if you like it or not!

You might want to get to know your car and the pieces of it befor you start taking stuff off. Read "how to make a car handel" if you ---- want to know how to make a car handle, and thus be faster.

What exactly does removing the bar do? I'm new to the "handling" area of cars, but after driving a subaru 2.5 rs, i want my seven to handle like non-other.

My idea, if you don't do any autocrossing/racing, leave it on. There is no point in taking it off if you just drive your car on the street.
