Luuuc,

I hope you don't drive the Fb in Winnipeg winters!

Probably the only reasonable solution to getting rear sets is to look out for Fc seats for sale in your color. Check out my thread for my install:

I wonder if I could find my Prelude rear seats in a FB? They're pretty useless to me anyway. I can't comfortably fit a midget back there. And yes, I have tried. :p

Very Nice instal and you know that the pattern matching FC seats will bolt in with very few modifications as well, I know your seats look great but just in case you are wondering I have done that to install T2 seats in an FB

How do you get the rear seat out?

There are two studs behind the seat, on the support braces under the seat. Once those are off the seat will hinge forward but I can't get it to come out. Is there a pin or something holding it in?

It looks like there is some under the uphostery but I don't want to cut it just to see how it removes.

I think they are actually Savanna/JDM type rear seats. All Aus delivered 7's ('79-85)I have seen have all had cloth/vinyl seats not just straight vinyl. I removed the top part of my rear seat because the catches used to rattle and annoy the **** out of me. All I have now is the bottom section and it's great for putting things in but that's about it. You can fit one normal sized passenger in the back if they sit sideways across the seat but it's not real comfortable. I have a freind who owns a Mazda wrecker and I'm fairly sure he has piles of rear seats if anyone really needs some

Assuming the 1st gen seats are built like the 2nd gen ones:

You need to remove the bottom of the seat before the back. The front of the bottom clips in. About 8-10" from each side, push down, back then pull up. The back of the bottom is held in a similiar manner, but it's been a while since I've taken one out. I don't remember how the bottom side of the back is held in. But, iirc, you should see that after the bottom is removed.
