rear rotors

First off I had a heck of a time getting the e brake cable off the calipers. I ended up cutting it, it was terribly rusted. Now I am trying to get the rotors off. I have the entire brake assembly off including the bracket. I removed the two Phillips screws. The rotors won't budge. Am I missing something?

nope, i think there is a threaded hole in the rotor, and just put a bolt in there, and the rotor will pop right off
