1985 GSL-SE Electrical Issue
Hello you rotary geniuses. This is my first post here. I've been looking all over the place for solutions to this issue, but nothing so far has worked.
First, the battery was hooked up backwards. (Shitty, I know.) The center fusible link wire smoked and burned, but the wire didn't burn all the way through. Now there is no power to anything at all. No headlights, no starter, not even the interior clock and lights.
Question 1: is there another main fuse, or main relay, that I can check besides the center fusible link wire?
I have ordered three new fusible link wires, and i'm going out to check the ECU, as recommended in other threads. I appreciate any input you may have on the situation.

Supplementary information:
This is her. RX7 club, meet Roxi....
Edit to the first post: upon further inspection, two of the three, including the center link were burned out. And I couldn't access the ECU, so I want to rule out other stuff first.
Diagnostic tool I have access to:
Circuit tester
Multimeter
Wiring diagram
3 Jerry rigged temporary fusible wires
The Voltmeter shows 10 volts on the battery terminals (low, but it should be enough for the lights and etc to work) and it shows the same 10 volts when its on the positive battery terminal and the ground bolt on the shock tower.
The temporary fusible wires seem to hold a current (in ohms) on the multimeter, but when I install them all, there's still no power. When all three Jerry rigged wires are in place, the voltmeter reads no volts across the wires. I think this might be diagnostically important.
The Temporary wires installed
The circuit tester (without the car battery, and with no fusible wires) shows the circuit is intact up to the fusible wire assembly, but also all the way down to near the starter, but everything else is dead.
The area in question
Any brainstorming, or suggestions is welcome, I'm providing this level of detail in hopes that on of you has seen something like this before, and knows whats up. Thanks in advance!
Ownership Backround (for anyone interested)
I bought the car in the spring of 2012 for a very reasonable price. It is my first RX7. I drove it all season with literally no mechanical issues. Parked it that winter, and resurrected it in a few hours in the spring of 2013. Last year the fuel pump fell off, and besides the usual maintenance, that was the only mechanical issue. Parked it last winter. This spring, resurrection was not so easy, and this is where we stand today.
