rear caliper expense

yesterday i ordered a new RR caliper for my 82 GSl and it seemed nearl impossible to get. no one could order it. napa finally got it at a *rolls eyes* reasonable price of around $90. i remember when it wasn't hard at all to get these calipers and they were no more than $50! are these days really filled with that much inflation for our cars? one caliper $100!! such is life though. i'll be happy to get this car back on the road.

Yeah one out of the long checklist full of reasons why I put my car up for sale. If I break down, there is not much I can do. If I break down 100 miles away, well then im severly stuck.

Kentetsu: get the mods to archive that as "Best vendor in the world".

I've never seen that site before but it seems like what victoria british should have been instead of... black dragon.. auto...

I paid $189 Cdn when I had to replace one on my 84 -se. The first one they sent was wrong and it took almost 2 weeks to get another. Yours doesn't sound too bad compared to the cost and pain in the butt I went through.
