Looking great Sam, I need to replace the tank in my car as I discussed with you through PM's.
Very excited to see this coming together. This has been one of the biggest issues I have had with my car for a while now. A fuel cell unforunately is not a good street solutionfor me as I am extremely concerned about safety and am looking for simplicity to reduce failure points. Viking war hammers build thread really shows the way he mounted and installed his fuel cell, although he did a fantastic job, it's not a friendly looking job with lots of tig welding involved. And than after all that, figuring out a way to create a fuel access port that's tightly sealed (to prevent any chance of fire) into the car so the tank can be filled.
Also I would like to prevent having to run a surge tank, due to lack of space, complexity and once again running fuel into the cabin of the car.
I am still thinking my best option is to run a -10 an fitting on the bottom of a tank (in a heavily baffled area), gravity feeding a large single external fuel pump. Then having a -8 an return line to the top of the tank. Simple, simple, right now I am running dual intank 255lph pumps, but if one stops working under boost my engine will blow.

Great work Sam,
Enjoyed our chat the other day. You can pencil me in for one of your tanks if it goes forward into production..........after all it's aways fun owning a $20,000 car worth $3000.

Last weekend Sam tested the strapping on the car which worked well and he took the tank back to mount a new OEM 81-83 sender from mazda and test it and finish the tank drain. I wasnt there but have some pictures coming of it mounted .
Here's two pics of it finished and pressure tested with some exterior coating on the aluminum I asked him to put on
I believe he's real close to being able to make it available.

I did some measurements. The RCI 17 gallon 30x17x7 aluminium tank should fit. You'll need to add the neck for the filler tube. But should fit nicely. I'll be removing the factory out/return/vent and adding my phantom intank sump kit.
It also comes with/without a sump. I'm gonna get one and customize. Should be a very easy nice upgrade for fb/sa owners.

He should think about HE personally being available to address all the People that he has Complaints with on this Forum.
Let him Fix all the payments sent and no parts shipped.
His parts are NOT going to be sold on this Forum until this is resolved.
SO..THREAD IS CLOSED..no parts by HIM are to be "advertised" to be available.
He made his bed..
*did nobody notice that He is BANNED?....now you know why.
