Re speed brake kit..what ebrake cables?

Re speed brake kit..what ebrake cables?

Got it second hand on a parts car..what ebrake cables do I need SE? Cause GSL ones are way too short

If it's like the kit I got you'll have to modify the bracket. As you said, the cable is way too short. I had to take about an inch out of each bracket for it to work correctly. As far as I know the SE cables are no different and would need the same modification...

trying to figure out what brake cable fits my car.

I have the FC rear brakes, I purchased numerous brake cables so far with no luck. Seriously on my 5th attempt at figuring out which cable fits. Anyone know?

Any one have luck using a different application of ebrake cable?

more importantly I cannot figure out the right hand side cable. Passenger side cable. Help!!

You're probably going to have to shorten the bracket to make it work :-(

I'm unsure of how you suggest to shorten the bracket. I'm starting to think I need a FC rear cable. It's weird because I pulled the broken cable off and know the length but not what car it's off. Blackdragon was unable to find me the correct length either.

I don't have any pics off hand, but if you post a pic of the re-speed e brake bracket I can mark it up in ms paint for you..
