What is this said rats nest? What dose it do? Will it help to get rid of it? if it dose help how do i get rid of it? I absolutely need the a/c though.

 

the rats nest includes ur air pump and a whole bunch of wires involving ur emission control system.....the air pump feeds air to the catalytic convertor so that it doesn't totally get cooked fast.....taking it off would mean u would ahve to get rid of ur cat too....and do a search u will get a lot of info on this topic!
