Ran without OMP. Did I destroy Motor?

Maybe not too big of a deal, but I discovered the linkage to the OMP on my SE is detached at the bottom. I usually don't take long trips, so hopefully no damage done. I will have to premix in the meantime, but could I have seriously done harm to the motor driving it this way? Anyone else have this happen?

Accelerated compression seal wear, rotor housing surface wear, and irons wear. Since it still runs, just chalk it up to stuff happens and move on.

Agreed - I wouldn't sweat it, but I would definitely ensure the little cotter pin which lives on the bottom linkage is solid and doesn't fall out again. The purpose behind the rod is to increase OMP flow rate with higher throttle positions to ensure adequate lubrication.

Fix it right as it's cheap insurance to engine failure,
