I have an 82, and today I'm replacing the OMP lines with the Teflon tubing as used in the 2nd gen tutorial on how to rebuild these things.



Is this correct: 2 lines from the carb to the OMP, 2 lines from the OMP to the oil injectors???


Or, does someone have a diagram? Shitty, or good.....whatever is convenient

it is 2 lines, and they go to the carb on the 12a

 

The 82 only has 2 lines (from OMP to carb). Just pull the old ones off and replace. Should be prety simple. The GSL-SE and other later 13Bs have the 4 lines (2 to intake, 2 to oil injectors) from the OMP.

 

The purple highlights are where the oil lines connect to the carb.

DOn't let the white lines in the picture confuse you, they are for emissions, not oil.
