I am looking for the best source for a clutch pressure plate, throw out bearing and guide for an FB. Also any advice on trouble I might run into would be helpful.

There is no "best" supplier. One word of advice on the pilot bearing. Unless you have a proper puller I would not change it unless it's shot. Inspect it, regrease it and leave it alone. Other than that doing a clutch is simple. That is unless you want to pull the flywheel and have it resurfaced
