Question about parts needed for SE front brake swap and location of A/C compressor

Which side is the compressor on the AC on? Left or right (closer to the battery)? I get them confused with the power steering pump. Oh, and I drive a S2.

Okay, another question I have. What parts would I need to convert GSL-SE front brakes?

Both the ac comp and ps pump are on the driver's side. Swap the entire strut assembly and the wheels.

Damn Newbies, can't take them anywhere in public, lol.

Left side you rookie!

All of the SE stuff of course. :-)

I don't believe that you need the Se strut housing though if you already have an 84-85 vehicle.
But all of these things can be found using the Search funtion. Do you need a link for the search function, lol.
Also do a better job of titleing your thread and list what year vehicle you have.

Have I bashed you enough yet? :-)

What is the other compressor on the passenger side or? The belt that is connect to the crank fan. I need a diagram.

Mods can merge post.

Nothing but airpump on passenger side. Accessory pulley at E-shaft is for A/C and P/S.

I believe your referring to the Air pump. Which is also removable.

Pehaps it's time you downloaded the FSM from the link in my sig line. You will find many diagrams there since I don't think anyone is going to draw one out for you. lol

Please save that language for PM's, or when you two are in bed together having "pillow talk".
