I think he is wanting to know what I am. Changing the whole FC lower control arm and hub assembly over. To get the FC suspention brakes and wheel pattern.

Do you know how to do a search here??????

We are not talking ancient history here - this post is from EARLIER TODAY in this same section. Is that recent enough for you??????

https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/%24350-hub-swap-500723/

The 2nd gen uses the same outer wheel bearing and the axle length is close enough, but the inner bearing is much larger. You need an adapter for the larger inner bearing and oil seal which presses onto the 1st gen axle, and of course a caliper bracket to adapt the new caliper to the larger disc.

You can also adapt the rear brakes, but I don't know of anyone selling the adapter parts. I made all my own parts, and it is all described here:

www.cardomain.com/ride/646433

My rear brake conversion is detailed here:

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...ke#post4575899

With a little searching you can find all the conversion parts you need for the front brakes right here on this forum. I recall there was discussion of a group buy a few weeks ago.
