Do I pull into the engine compartment or into the cabin? car is now completely stripped expect for this. I do not want to damage it.

 

into the cabin, the fuse box cannot be removed and will not fit through the hole in the firewall. Disconnect everything you can and just slowly work the wires through the hole. It'll take some time, but just be careful and it'll go. Just did this a few months ago on my project car. Getting it all back in right is the hard part, but not that hard either. Good luck
