pulled all the emission stuff off

i pulled all the emmisions stuff off my car. i plugged all the ports on the carb. i have my vacume retard hooked up. is this correct?

I also have all of emissions taken off of the car.

But to tell you the truth, I have no idea. My mechanic took all of them off.

But if it seems to be working right, your most likely ok.

What vacuum retard? Are you talking about the vacuum ADVANCE for the distributor? I'm currently running no vacuum advance, seems to run better without it. -WG
