Unhappy Project 84 help!!!

Ok you guys, here it goes. I have a complete 84 gs shell sitting in my driving. they have rust through the top of the car next to the hinges of the sunroof, also the draining sytem for the back hatch...tthe little shelf withthe holes....rusted away, the driver side windshield pillar has rust on it but not all the way through, and last but not least they have 2 wholes eatin all the way through next to the hatch look. I sprayed some of this rust stuff on there and it like at through the rust, so the rust is gone, but now i just have wholes that need to be takin care of . any suggestions on how to do this? Pleeeeaaaasssee, once i get the rust done i can actually move on to getting parts for it. Please start spitting any comments and suggestions you have!!!!! Thanks a bunch!!!

Fiberglass the holes shut and finish with plastic filler (bondo).

Thats not rust, they're speed holes! sorry couldnt help it.
It sounds like this is a track car so fiberglass and bondo sounds fine ,but from where the rust is it sounds like chopping the roof may take care of it. Ive seen at least 1 pretty decent looking vert FB.
