Alright so I got a few more updates, I finally was brave enough to do the headliner by myself today, I definatly thought it would be 100x worse than it was. Along with that, I did the recarpeting for the door panels, and the little pieces in the center of the dash. I'll snap some shots tomorrow.

Also I got RPM to install my Rack and Pinion for my as I don't have the time to do it. From there its just a matter of finishing off the interior, getting both my safety papers, and I'm on the road!! ... I've got about 1.5 weeks to get her done

Well got the car up from RPM yesterday night, and I was out there till 4am working on it, and will be working on it for the majority of the day toda. I got the headliner all in there, with all the hatch trim, the battery case finally got mounted in there, did the speaker wiring, and should be changing all my rotors shortly along with the bearings. One week and 2 days till I get to drive her

Got a couple of shots today, here you can see the back hatch area panels and the battery case along with the Fuse and relay panel that I did. Let me know how you're liking the color scheme. The relay's haven't been hooked up yet in that picture, but they way they will be done is like so:

1 - For Fuel Pump
1 - For Carputer
1 - For Megasquirt
2 - For Power window Up Only (I figure down is never really a problem as gravity helps pulling it down)

The thermostat control unit for the E-fan that I got (Flex-a-lite) already has its own built in 20A relay so will be taken care of shortly as soon as I can mount that Efan properly, also I've got a couple more relays for the headlights high and low, but that will have to wait till later because it's not a priority.

That's a nice setup.

Didn't realise you were going to run an e-fan. We should have modified the 'Squirt to trigger it.

Thanks Aaron ... coming from you its a big compliment .. I told you I'd make you proud with the wiring. Thats alright with the Efan deal, I would prefer it to not be on that line anyways. The pieces for the thermostat control are all nicely tucked away right now under the radiador panels.

I got the E-fan Mounted today (although not in a Permanent way, but atleast its strong enough and good enough to make me make it down there) I'm going to try to avoid taking pictures of that lol. Big thanks to Chris (Orion84gsl) for coming over for a few hours to give me a hand with that one.

Also finally got all the new brake rotors, forgot how much of a pain the rear ones can be. Thanks to my co-worker Zack for a hand there.

So still just a tad bit more wiring to do, and the exhaust, then she's pretty much all good ... Aaron ... once the exhaust is on anyway you could come over to try to tune it a bit before me leaving to my tuning session. I would feel alot better.

The Fusebox, is a centech AP-1:

http://www.centechwire.com/catalog/panels/ap1.shtml

I bought it right off that site as I couldn't find it anywhere else. A little pricy but just what I wanted.

Not a problem. We'll take it out to my tuning road and get it cleaned up enough to drive to the dyno. With the wideband and MegaLogViewer it won't take long. A quick rough tune while driving around is all it takes to get to tolerable A/F ratios and then a quick analysis with MegaLogViewer to smooth and linearize it all out. Oh yeah, and enable closed loop so your mileage doesn't suck on the way to the dyno.

Found out how to hook it up to the megasquirt and i'll get right on that tomorrow probably. Easier than I thought. I already programmed the LM-1 to output 0-5V (I think it worked), just need to properly setup the megasquirt now.

98% of the wiring is done now, I just need to do 4 wires I think and I should be done with that. The major one is to drill a 1.5" hole in the floor or somewhere to run my Starter cable through it.

Definatly going to my buddy's shop tomorrow to get the muffler on, and to drop the engine a bit to get access to the clutch slave as its really being stuborn for me.

The dash I could stay up for another couple of hours and try to do it in the dark, but decided that I'd just wake up a couple of hours earlier tomorrow and do it in day light. I'll get some shots of it once installed. Hopefully tomorrow I can also get my safety papers, then wednesday get an alignment for the salvage title, and maybe get the salvage safety then too, but if not, I'll get it on thursday, so Friday I can have my stickers for my plates and she'd be road worthy .... busy busy week, but she's starting to pay off now ..

little more updates today, yesterday i spent a couple of hours trying to mock up a new exhaust system with the borla in there. It is alot quieter now, the real test will be when I fire it up and see if the neighbourgs come out screaming or not . Also finally was able to get my clutch slave on, just needed the right tools to get it on (I use 1/2" drive on all my tools, so I used my buddy's 1/4" drive to make it work easier). Also all the wiring has been done (minus the amps for the speakers as they haven't come in yet.), today I'll finally be able to get the dash back in, then tomorrow (hopefully if my Maps are good enough to drive the car on) I can get my Alignment, and maybe kill 2 birds and get my safety papers, if not, I'll be just alignment tomorrow, and safety friday. Then its time to hit the road

Also yesterday I was able to wire in that O2 sensor wire from the LM-1 to the MS. we'll see how the numbers turn out.

Well the dash did go in ... going to try to make it to the alignment place. I still can't get my clutch to bleed properly though. Hopefully I can get that sorted out in a few moments and then she should be off for alignment. Also received my amps for my speakers yesterday so I can actually enjoy music on the 2 hour drive ... I'll post more updated pictures later on today or tomorrow.

Stupid Alignment place they didn't set up my alignment properly so I couldn't get my salvage safety, apperently they didn't even touch my Caster adjustments, so they're off about 1.5 degrees ... I'm going to be cutting this soo close to my tunning session.
