Price differences between carb rebuild kits

I'm finding kits for $115, and there's the kit from Black Dragon for $32. Why is that?

$115 is a bit crazy.
The GP Sorenson kit from Autozone is just fine for thirty something.

I used the Black Dragon Kit a few years ago. It was of nice quality and had everything I needed.
