power steering, a/c and a body kit to boot...
Ok I've searched countless hours on this forum and found some semi usefull and a whole bunch of other non-related material to my problem(s)... first of all, I bought a 1984 RX off of a guy for $1000, it had 182000 km (yes, km i'm in canada) and some dammage to the header pannel and headlight on the passenger side. now i'd like to not only get it repaired but i'd also like to put a really sweet body kit on it something like the kit in this post : https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=305851&highlight=body+kits . another thing is my a/c doesn't work i have no idea what the problem is. If you haven't already guessed it. I'm new to the RX7 thing so if you need more info about the car to help me out just ask. Thnx. Oh and i'm gonna try to get some pics of the car so you can get a better idea of what i'm working with.

Ok, first off you'll NEVER find a kit like that. Its totally custom made from a collection of parts from other body kits. There is no company that I know of that sells a kit as wild as that.
As for your A/C, it could be a number of things. Low or no refrigerant (indicating a leak), bad compressor, bad wiring (compressor won't turn on), among other things. Best thing to do for this is take it to a mechanic, and not a canadian tire, midas or something like that. Ask around and find out who is a good mechanic where you live.
Fact of the matter is, the 1st gen RX-7 is out of its prime. Not too many people actually make things for these cars, and most of the time the people that do deal specifically with RX-7's. Most "off the shelf" body kits for these cars look pretty much the same. There isn't much to choose from. But the real beauty of the 1st gen comes with how easy they are to work on. Heck, 4 sockets, a couple wrenches, a 10 foot long 4x4, some strong rope and a buddy can remove the engine from one of these cars.

First of all welcome to the world of rx7s, where frustration, lack of money and the sheer joy of owning a 7 will be experienced every day. There are a few bodykits out there but in the US there doesn't seem to be much of a selection. That silver car has a bodykit off a 180sx I think. As for your a/c can't help much with that. Make sure it doesn't need a re-gas.
