oh yeah and I also did a compression test on my engine as it sits now and plan to do another when I ATF it.

I have to first crawl under it and yank my o2 sensor.

I was thinking though maybe I should do it with the power foam ?
and post results here?

or would you guys rather finally see before and after compression tests with ATF ?

Use ATF on the front rotor, and Power foam on the rear... then compare numbers, ect..... I wanna see which one makes the rotor build more compression after its RAN and burnt everything out....

This is the stuff I used..

(the center one) They have it at advanced auto and autozone its like 4.98 or something. I used 2 cans. 1 can into the intake via a vacuum line. Second can 1/2 in the crankcase 1/2 in the gas. Changed the oil after 50 miles of gentle driving (did run it to readline for a brief sec downhill but its only 1/2 a pint in the oil so I wasnt too worried.).

Made a big difference . Changed the oil after I ran the motor for about 50 miles . Feels much smoother.

its amazing that the stuff can go in so many places and not cause a problem with at least one of them.
