possible to overuse MMO?

greetings,

just as the post asks.

in the beginning i was just adding the stuff during oil changes and every 3rd-5th tank of gas. lately, just cuz i had a couple of extra bottles around, i've been adding about 3 oz or so every fill up.

any harm?

thanks,
norman ng

I don't think it so, but it may allow excess build up of unwanted material - kind of like putting too much 2-cycle oil in a 2-cycle engine for a long time. If you just do it every once in a while, I'm pretty sure you won't harm it, but excessive amounts at every fill-up of the tank may cause some problems down the road. Just a thought...
