I don't know about all the tools nick812, but www.mazdatrix.com sells porting tools.

EDIT: You probably already know that

i had a buddy at a machine shop that hooked me up with them.
i think the carbide die grinder bits are pretty standard, you just want the right shaped ones. the ones with rounded tips work best for most of the standard porting.

Welcome to the forum and the Darkside.

There is a vendor and shop/builder list on the forum, not sure where though.

If you have mechanical ability and tools, you could rebuild the engine yourself, if not , maybe the remove and install. nopistons.com has a very good engine building/porting section.

In my sig line is a link to the online FSMs, download the 85 edition and look it over. It covers engine removal/install/rebuild, no porting though.

Excuse twinkletoes telling uo to search, he's young and not familiar with the forum rules. My sig line is a pun for the newbies.

I bought my porting tools on eBay.

I grew up in VT.
You should check with VT engine service in Williston or maybe its So Burlington they may be able to help you out or refer you to somone who can.

I had them do a 289 for my 66 Mustang they do good work.

Where in VT are you from?
