From their website:
"What you need to supply-T2 brake rotors and callipers, 5 bolt(T2) or 4
bolt(base model) hub assemblies (including wheel bearings/seals/races), brake pads."
From CP's email response:
"KIT INCLUDES- 2 CNC cut, high grade steel spindle adapters, spindle adapter installation tool, 2 laser cut specialty calliper brackets, brake line adapters, calliper spacers and installation guide"
It seems like a no brainer for anyone with an SE needing a major brake service.
